Last but not least the properties, I was shown, were all of good quality and well maintained and really well furnished, not just with the basics. They were actually houses that were looked after. The team even went an extra mile by assisting with utilities contracts, as I am new to the country…thus saving me the hassle to look for a starting point.

The team at Riva rentals and the timely, yet detailed service provided was outstanding. I particularly liked that the agent showing me around was honest, direct and very friendly instead of acting as a sales guy trying to hook you up with the first seen property in the most blatant way. The girls which arranged the contract were an absolute pleasure to work with, and again response to emails or phone calls was like a Swiss watch, not having to wait hours or days to have an update on the house situation.
