Tim van der Burg has been a great help and it has been a pleasure doing biz with him, and given the experience in recent past, expect it to continue in the future as well - while we are renting the apartment. He has been responding and answering msgs. well past working hours and that is sincerely appreciated. There were a few struggles initially in arranging viewings and getting through to Riva, but I guess it was due to many in the team being away for summer holidays + high load. But from the time viewing was arranged and we were in regular contact with Tim, it was smooth sailing. The part after finalization like contract discussions/clarifications, 'check in' was professional and prompt, as also additional support for making it easy for arranging other formalities like utilities, internet, insurance etc. through their partner service providers. Even though it was kinda hard to schedule a viewing at first (of course because they received a lot of applications), but finding a new home within 2 weeks is possible with Riva Rentals! Lots of thanks to Ruben – an excellent agent! He is extremely helpful, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about his clients. It feels like having a friend on the "inside" who is working for you, highly recommended!!
